Could you please be more specific?

What do you bowl? Right or left handed batsman?

With me being a wicketkeeper I'm not so great on bowling advice but from what I witness from behind the stumps, I'll go over basics.

1. Essential to all bowlers but especially seamers is the run up. This is where most of the pace in the ball will come from.

2. As you deliver the ball you can either take a side on or frontal approach when you bowl. You'll have to ask a bowler for the pro's and con's of these.

3. Most important to seam bowlers is to not scramble the seam. While it provides extra dip which is good for spinners it usually takes pace out of the ball.

4. A good follow through in your action will maximise the pace.

5. Use your other arm to point in the direction you want the ball to go.

Unfortunately this is about as far as my knowledge of bowling goes (seam bowling anyway)

Front on action bowlers, as records have shown gets injured less than side on bowlers.

Why do people bother posting such rubbish ! There should be a test you have to pass before being able to post !

Bondy is correct , your origin posting was vague in the extreme and irritating. Make sure your future postings ask specific questions if you use the coaching thread.
