Hi guys,
Sorry if there is already a topic like this but  i am in need of some advice. I'm not sure whether or not to use a trigger movement. Last season I didn't and I didn't really have a very good season with the bat. I have some winter nets coming up so I might give it a try. Do you think I should? If so, then what do you suggest my movement should be.

                                    Thanks

Yep, trigger movements are a must in my book. There are different kinds use by different batsmen. Backfoot backwards and front foot across is a popular one.

In troubled times, being philosophical helps a great deal, it helps you to remain sane and not do any further damage.

So back foot back towards off stump? then front foot forward like starting to do a defensive?
