When ever I play leg-side shots such as a flick I feel as though I am falling over. But on sunday in the final I tried to flick a leg-side delivery I lost my balance and got stumped. What can I do to stop my falling over?

It's probably because your head is falling towards cover.  Try and stand straighter in your stance and move later to counteract your leaning.  I found it helps if you get into position and just hit tennis balls delivered from drop feeds.

Also try and point your front foot towards mid-on as this will open your chest and stop you playing around your pad.  Hope this is useful.

There are loads of possible reasons. It's all to do with balance and head position is a big part of that (the head is heavy).

Can you stick a vid on youtube?
