I haven't seen enough of Fletcher, but Foster must be sleeping with Geoff Miller's wife or something to be kept so far out of the picture as he has been. He is a very good, natural keeper, and capable enough with the bat (to compare him with Matt Prior he is a far better keeper but a lesser batsman).

His last recognition came on a Lions tour of India where he didn't make any runs and this seems to have counted against him long term.

Fletcher should be tried for 2020 and ODI's.  Not test yet.  I don't see him as a Test player yet either.  His batting is to beat balls, it's the same he's been since u15 Cricket.  His keeping against the pacers looks good, he looks a lil scratchy now and again keeping the spinners but Ramdin aint doing nothing with the bat so he deserves a drop for the shorter format at least where a drop catch won't cost that much compare to a test match.

Fletcher doesn't keep in first class matches either so I don't know if that's an indication of what people thinks of his keeping.  He keeps for Grenada in the 2020's though and kept for Windies u19 so he's got to be decent enough.

And he needs to open!  And lastly, he isn't in the Windward Islands first class squad this season.  He didn't participate in the trials so they left him out.  Wierd enough, he's one of the top bats in the Windward Island and was playing professional Cricket in Jamaica at that time so I don't see why they had to leave him out!
