Test cricket's most successful player  in terms of test victories, RT Ponting has called it quits after the Perth test. it is honest call from the great man. He will go down as a true great of the game for sure. Hope he makes it big in his final test at Perth where he started his journey

One of the greatest Batsman!! One of my favourites still remember his knock he played in that World Cup Final against India 2003. I wish he could have played atleast till ASHES. Will really miss him just hope he makes a big one like Zuhair said and Australia get back to No.1!

Ricky Ponting.. what more can I say? One of the best pullers of a cricket ball you will ever see. An absolute delight to watch, when he was in top form he was near impossible to stop. Played so many brilliant knocks, I remember around 2005/06, he scored 5 centuries in 6 tests against South Africa that season, and thats ot even including the time he made 164 in that '438'match.

Ponting was great in his prime days, unstoppable as Vize put it. Best puller i've seen, even Flintoff in him pomp I saw being dispatched into the stand with disdain.
