i also wanted to start this type of thread as i have some questions in my mind.

who decides to take an extra hour on the last day of the test match?(is it the batting side or the bowling one) or is it that if any one of the team decides the extra hour will be played?

Its not the last day jumbo , but any of the preceding days. If a side is likely to win , either by knocking offf the runs or taking the last wickets , they can approach the umpire and ask for the extra half hour.

If the umpire thinks it unlikely that the game can be finished in that period , he'll turn down the request and they'll have to come back the next day.

At the official close of play on day 5 , there's no extension period and the game is ended. The 3rd Ashes Test at Old Trafford proves this point. With their last two batsmen at the crease , Australia hung on for a draw. England would've loved another half hour!!
Mental disintegration works for me !!

Not necessarily. I have a full game I downloaded off the internet for free and legally. Its not a cricket game though sorry.

County Sim on extended break until I've got less work and more free time. When I have a specific date, I'll post it in the thread.

Yeh but a commercial, profit making game. Like Cricket 2005 and stuff, they are like 700+ MB, almost surely if you downloaded it, it would be illegal...like on t***ents or *2*
