Yes. I wish the same. He will certainly do that if he continues to perform the sam till the end of his career. He is very hardworking and most reliable bowler of the Aussies. He bowls for long spells. He is "the best" bowler.

warne is cetrainly a great bowler and in my opinion better than murali, for reasons i've mentioned in previous threads. warne posesses one of the most genius cricketing brains, despite the fact that outside of cricket he doesn't seem the sharpest tool in the shed, his knowledge of the game is amazing. it's no wonder ponting turned to warne so often when struggling for solutions during the ashes

yea, I agree. Without Warne Australia would have been demolished in the ashes and they wouldn't be the number 1 team in the world right now.

You must be kidding!

Shane Warne and rubbish don't go together. Shane Warne is the best slow bowler ever. He is the Bradman of bowling. He is an out-standing player. He was one of Wisden's 5 cricketers of the 20th century, and he was the only currently playing player that got player of the century. All the rest were retired players. Shane is extraordinary.

You people are just like me...when I first joined this forum, I also thought that Murali was way better than Warne because of his better stats, but then when I found out why he has better stats than Shane, then I realized that Shane is a living legend and Murali is not in Shane's class.

well put saad, credit must go to murali but for reasons which we have gone over countless times before it is clear that these two bowlers cannot be judged on their numbers alone...you need to consider the things that go into making up the numbers

That was only one point against Murali that you have partially proved wrong. What about all the other arguments against Murali. I will not mention them again because us Shane Warne supporters have mentioned again and again. Read the thread.
