South Africa where even more concerned watching the news yesterday when a truck full of exlposives was stopped outside Colombo.This is the 2nd bombing in this week and the bombing yesterday was 2km away from South Africa's hotel and 3km away from India's hotel.

Latest news have clarified that South Africa will be staying and will play the Series.

They should be going home this is not right all the teams could have been there where the blasts took place .

That's good news for the south african's but why don't India go home too they where 3km away from the blast they could have been there in the plaza?If Sri Lanka & India do play a series just between them will it be 3,5 or 7?

Some questions I always answers to,

1. Why do cricket players wear caps sometimes when playing cricket??
2. How many shots are there in cricket?(e.g Pull shot)
3. Who invented cricket?

 

South Africa withdraw from today's rescheduled match against Sri Lanka. After a Monday night team meeting the players voted to return home. Discussions are still ongoing , but the fate of the tour should be known before long.

Claire Taylor became the 1st Englishwoman to score a century at Lords after hitting 156* against India in the 1st one dayer yesterday. England won easily by 100 runs.

Sunny Gavaskar said that now that this terrorism problem is in England ,Pakistan ,India and Sri Lanka the ICC needs to take a  descision as to what should happen when there is such a situation .

Why are they playing the series in Colombo if its raining .Asif was superb Y'day .

Can't say i'm impressed by your first decision as head selector Andrew Hilditch!!! Matty Hayden should never have been given back his place in the ODI squad.

 you forgot Benaud , to tell the truth, No.2, 4 & 5 still have the ability to make a big 1 in test cricket IMO.

Hate to see booney fielding at short leg though, i dunno if he'd ever stand up again if he was made crouch
