I am so devastated to hear about Steve Irwin dying. I was truly shocked when I saw it on the news. As a tribute to him I was thinking of asking everyone who the equivalent cricketer is. We're looking for an entertainer, someone who loves what he does, does some spectacular things and has no fear. I thought of Ian Botham. What can you come up with?

R.I.P Steve Irwin, you will be missed!

Yeh its a sad day for many of his fans around the world including myself. Shahid afridi, is somone i would say is his equivalent. People always said Steve is nuts to do what he did , the same can go for afridi when he is batting.

He was a great man, and wasn't old either. I feel sorry for his family.

I agree too. He was the animal man, I've seen couple of his animal shows and they are really great. He was good man, it was his unfortunate that he died by stingray. Nothing happened to him when he dealt with crocodiles and other scary animals.

RIP Steve Irwin, whole world will you.

R.I.P Steve Irwin, I feel so sorry for him as it was a freak accident and its a one in a million chances that a Stingray is going to bite sting you. His family is devistated and his children weren't even ten years old.

R.I.P mate.

If one cricketer comes to mind , I'd go with Colin Milburn. He was overweight and played his cricket almost recklessly , he also died when still so young.
