4 glasses of milk a day is fine. You will get more than enough calcium! Although don't drink anything more than 8 glasses. This is the point where your bones can't absorb anymore calcium and so it is trapped under the skin which can develop awful lumps!

Do off spinners/leg spinners acctually do exercises to strengthen wrist/fingers/hand ? |

Your bones won't actually absorb that much milk at all and you may get bad rashes, worts and other skin deficiencies. But that is only if you do it reguarly. So if you do it for one day that will be alright but a few days in a row with excess milk can be harmful. |

It'll help you to spin it more if you have stronger wrists etc, but I've never done anything to strengthen them!
