McGrath will be the first choice.
Murali is definietly not. He is nervous as it can be. That's why he never bowls the final over in ODIs. He may bowl the penultimate over.
Jayasuriya may be. Once or twice got hit very badly by Symonds, Mohammed Yusuf and Shoaib Malik, but he is a player used to it.
Irfan Pathan also, if he is in good shape.

The best death bowlers would be Ian Harvey, Hall, Murali, Warne, Wasim Akram and Stephen Waugh, But only 2 are currently playing ODI's.

You maye be right MiniWarney if it is Death bowling. We are talking about the last over and a specific situation.
I would not throw the ball to any one you listed except Wasim Akram and Hall, because others has gone of plenty in the situation.

Murali - very very nervous.
Warne- hammered for 21 by Vinod Kambli at Sharjah when they needed 25 off 2 overs.
Steve Waugh - Kumble and Srinath score 40 odd to win a ODI against AUS, Srinath hit Waugh for a six and coupleof boundries in an over to take the match towards India
