You are forgetting Dravid. India & nbsp; & nbsp; Pakistan Dravid slighly better Inzamam Yuvraj slightly worse Yousuf Kaif/Raina/Dhoni/Pathan worse than Younis Well you are right. Pakistan does have a stronger middle-order. By the way, Razzaq can be counted in the middle order. He is one of the strike players. |

At the moment for me it has to be Sri Lanka. But in full form, no one can stop India and Australia.
India - Dravid, Yuvraj, Kaif/Raina, Dhoni, and once in a while Pathan. India & nbsp; Australia Dravid equal & nbsp; Ponting Yuvraj better Clarke Kaif/Raina worse &nb sp;Martyn Dhoni/Pathan worse Hussey |

Woah take it easy. Firstly I didn't say sanga and Jayawardena suck compare to younis and yousuf, however i do believe that yousuf and younis are better than those two. Also i did see the record partnership but you cant just base ur opnion on one knock even though it was good. But if i recall didn't asif destroy the sri lankan batsmen at home few months back? For me Pakistan has the best middle order: Younis, Yousuf and Inzamam. Each one can win a match single handedly. Then the second best middle order is probably the indians.

You are having a serious memory loss. Try to remember how this so called PAK middle order was blasted by Murali, Vaas and Maharoof during last test series? (Yes Pakistan won it, but mainly saved by bad batting from Sri Lanka) |

Don't argue with fools. They'll drag you down to their level and then beat you with experiance

If your looking at the ratings and you say aussie middle order is better than pakistanis, then if you look at the ratings how can the SL middle order be better then pakistanis So dont base your opnion on the ratings because they dont show anything. Anyway in my opinion the pak middle order is the best. As you saw this summer several times younis and yousuf scored massive totals to save the pak team. And i dont think the SL middle order is that good, if you compare sanga and jayawardene to Yousuf and Younis then its pretty clear which has the better order. |

Paikstan is not the best middle order in the world. this is a joke looking at the ratings. it is Austrailia, why dont peopel understand, ad nernja yes, Srilankan middle order is is really good, with sanga and jayawardene, possibly even better than Pakistans, also India's middle order is amazing but there just not clicking, with the lickes of yuvraj, dhoni, raina and everyone. Pakistans middle order is good, but it is overrated.

For that I would also add India to it. All batsman up till no.10 have the ability to score atleast 20 and if the top 5 players scores 30 each and the next 5 score 20 each with 10 extras and 10 from the no.11 batsman then the team will have a total of 270. So even they have a good lower order.

See how many votes pakistan has got, on paper they have the best middle order but with the worst upper order they have the most frequent middle order collapses, and best lower order salvage acts though. Infact I would rate pakistan to have the best lower order!

Sri-Lanka's middle order is exactly scrappy either, especially with Sanga at 3, Jayawardene at 4!!! Both who have been in scintilating form of late against England & South Africa!!!

Almost every team on that list above have a middle order with players who have high averages. India, Sri Lanka, Paksitan, Australia, South Africa, etc...
Having good average doesn't tell everything about a player. Actions speak louder than words and stats. |

Haha i voted aussie then changed my mind. While Australias middle order has much more potential than any other middle order, it isn't settled really.
So i change to pakistan having the best middle order :D |

That's funny considering in the series vs Pakistan out of 8 hundreds (I think) KP has one and Freddie hasn't played. Bell is in unbelievable form and Cook is taking to test cricket like a duck to water.
That statement holds nothing as our middle order has practically won us this series without much contributions from KP and no Freddie. |

Nah. Without Piterson and Freddie, the England team can't even stand on one foot. They are the anchor of the team.

AK as much as i'd like to say australia's middle order (spots 3,4,5,6) in test matches is great, but it's not!!! Sure Ponting and Hussey are in great form, but we haven't had a cemented no.4 or no.6 since the ashes!!!! Pakistan & England have the 2 strongest on current form, with Cook, KP, Collingwood & Bell all in great touch for england, and Kahn, Yousuf & Inzy for pakistan. If i had to choose though i would take pakistans, they have 3 genuine match winners in positions 3,4,5 and that takes the cake for mine. The thing england has going for them though is the fact that KP, Cook & Bell are all young, and have long careers ahead of them!!
