Very funny yea best pace bowler NZ has seen in a while but hes not really an inspiration to me at all. hes way to up himself.

Hmm youtube isn't great help to me. i have good old dial up so takes like an hour to view a video

Then lad , your cricket knowledge is a resounding zero! Shane Bond has been plagued with back problems , but is without doubt, when fit , the best pace bowler NZ has seen since Richard Hadlee.

Hopeless. Nah. Anyway you wanted help in your action. His action is good enough. You could go to youtube.com and type shane bond and you should get a few videos of him bowling.

Short story even shorter, i am really close to being able to make my regional rep team. but my bowling isn't quite good enough. I resently found that my head has begun to fall away when i am in my delivery stride/jump.
is there any particular way to fix this. or am i best to just come in off half run up and practise the correct way?
