I've decided, I need help with my delivery stride, I heard from other people about having a greater delivery stride can increase the pace you bowl at and it also gets your weight going "forward" and not downwards and also something about your knee bracing.

What I'm saying is, the knee is suppose to brace at the point of release, correct? How do I get this to occur? I hear it really increases the flowing of your action and helps you propel the ball quicker with more bounce.

Does the non bowling arm need to be higher, and really "pull" out toward the batsman for your front leg to follow, therfore getting the leg out there and bracing?

there are lots of things to do during the delivery stride to increase the speed. the most important thing is that the weight is going forward and in straight lines.
when your front foor lands it should be slightly bent to take the pressure which should have been transfered from your back foot by abit aof a push with it. after your foot has landed make sure you pull the leg back into a braced position and pull your non bowling arm really hard down wards and do not bend it at all.
also if you can snap the hips through and get a good chest drive your on your way to be alot faster Big%20smile
