Topic: Pretty desolate Posted: 04 July 2008 at 12:00pm |
The thread tribute to the forum topic got closed, because users were dipping around on it. It was a good thread too.

They all don't post anymore? Ouch. This'll be closed now anyway.
Note: Tempting the moderators is naughty and all should refrain from this.

Just because were new users clobber, dose not mean we can't wiew old users posts!
Dravid fan, Miniwarne, Pieterson fan. Ever since I'v been a user, None of those users have posted anything.
Bladescape must have scared all the old users off?

Spin wizards right. We do need some more exiting topics, If it is to lighten things up a bit. All the topics that were popular, seem to be of little intrest now. Theres only realy one topic right now that I'm intrested in, But no one else is, so I can't chat on it. (Not this one by the way)

It is quieter, I've noticed that since my understated, boringly irrelevent resurrection on these boards.
Oh how I've missed the sharp, dry wit of Sledger!

Yeh, kinda strange I guess. I'v read plenty of posts on this forum. I realize how old the members are by looking at The writing below the pitchure. I'm particaly talking about the EA sports Cricket07 topic, All those members that I was talking about have wrote a posts on their, but their hardy active anymore.
Any of you people should view the EA sports cricket 07 forum, And you'll understand, You may also enjoy viewing the topic.

Where's all the old members gone Like Miniwarne, Pieterson fan, Paul Nixon1, ect? |
So let's just clarify this - you are a new member, joined on the 21st April, yet you are familiar with a lot of old users? That's interesting, isn't it?

I'll admit,it has seemed a bit slow but I've only been here for a little while so I can't exactly judge whether it has got slower or not.

It was busy as hell around the WC and it really buzzed for a bit. There's usually cycles and hopefully some decent new members arrive to turn this place back into what it once was!

Yes, Thats true In a way Kerm. It depends on the topic. If the topic is of little intrest(Like this one), It's very likely to be quiet. Sometimes members don't have much to say about cricket, So they can't realy write posts, On this forum.

It's been exam time for a lot of people so we haven't been able to spend as much time on the forums as we want to.
I've had to stay off it as much as possible to revise but now I'm done so should be on a little bit more.

I haven't been on the forum for ages, probably like 4 months or something but in this time the forum has become a complete ghot town. There are ridiculously few posts and there seem to be no new contributing members. Is there a reason for this? It was extremely popular 4 months ago.
