I'm up at 5am in the week and by 6am on weekends. I've always found getting out of bed easy and used to get by on very little sleep as a youngster. Nowadays I'm reading in bed early and prettty much in the land of nod by 9 !!

In troubled times, being philosophical helps a great deal, it helps you to remain sane and not do any further damage.

Varies for me, if i make the mistake of being in bed/horizontal anywhere i'll usually be asleep pretty instantly but if i'm up and about doing something or even just sat watching tv etc i'll be awake til the early hours easily.
Mornings i don't mind usually and i do appreciate it when i'm up and alert early, especially at weekends as it makes the day seem longer but it is a struggle sometimes to become motivated to actually climb out of bed in the morning. So yeah, firmly on the fence.

Just an interesting topic i read else where, which are you and what is the reason for it?
I'd fall under 'night owl' I start work at about 12, which is perfect, as i find it hard to get to sleep early. I'm also into a few american sports, and the time difference means i'm up watching them at sort of 3-4 o'clock some nights. So work and my interests sort of work in harmony at the minute ![]() Although there is the odd day i'm in at 9, but even then i'll probably get off at around 2 o'clock - How about you OT? Answer the poll, but don't forget your reasoning :D
