yes It Is The "Rawlpindi "Express... I Think Akhtar Is Much Faster With More Aggression..Lee Has Become A Much Faster Bowler With Good Line And Lenght But I Think Shoaib Is Great..With His Yorkers.. I Think he Is The Btter And Faster Bowler

i don't think those records are correct, shoaib akhtar maybe faster but brett lee DOES average faster balls, more accurate and he is a class batsman, strongest member of the batting team for australia. shoaib is an awful batsman, can not control his balls and is unfit. Even the commentators say so.
new season starting in a week!!!!!!!!!! :D

"rajdhani express" - isn't it the "rawlpindi express"

Nobody's gets moaned at for bring back an old topic if they add something half-constructive, though; like Clobber said.

Lee is more accurate but not faster. Shan has already mentioned why Shoaib is faster.

Who has delivered the fastest ball ever?? Shoaib Akhtar. His average bowling speed may not be as high as Lee's but as Shan mentioned, in a 100 meter race, the winner of the race is declared the fastest 100 meter sprinter ever...not the 100 meter sprinter who can sprint 100 meters at the fastest average time. Similarly, in cricket the fastest bowler is the one that delivers the fastest ball, not the one that has the highest average bowling speed.

Everybody has different view. So dont dispute. They both are quicker, fast and furious. Its difficult to face both of them anyway.

Maybe if he was lighter...I don't know.

What exactly is his problem? Why does he keep getting injuries??

They say he is unfit but in what way is he unfit?? Is he too fat??

Shoaib shoudn't be blamed for not performing well in the ongoing Pakistan/India Test series, but he should be blamed for getting yet another injury.

This time its an ankle problem and he is doubtful for the third test. I hate his fitness problems.

Shoaib is better than Lee, just have a look at the records. Test matches show real strength of a bowler. But anyway, i dont support such useless polls.

But never mind Qasi, it aways happen when u r doing somehting new. Keep the good spirits and you would definately improve, as the time goes on. Just dont get skeptical.

Shoaib is best because of his action which makes batsman confused.he is only fast bowler in Pakistan's bowling attack who can destroy strong batting line ups of other team but unfortunately Pakistan could not support him because they made batting trakes in Pakistan and That is why Shoaib Perform well in out countries. And Brett lee perform well in his own country. What you say mate?

You mean he will show us again against India not England.

He performed well against England and right now I don't rank Lee higher than him. I hope he performs well against India.

Yes but LEE was out of team for 18 MONTHS!!

Shoaib played in more games in that 18 months then Lee did.

Shoaib has missed a lot of games, but he has played more tests in the last 2 years then Lee.

Lee has playeed 10 more matches (tests) the Shaoib, Lee fitter. Shoaib is too obsessed woth his fat ass and ego, and getting past 100 mph mark.

Im my XI Lee any day over Shoaib allround. Bowling, Batting and Fielding Lee is better.

Sooo, you're saying that Shoaib has been in the team and has been playing every match for the past year? Well, then you haven't even been keeping with as much cricket as me...and I only started cricket in march of 2005.

Shoaib also just got back to the team, and he got back to the team after Lee. Lee was in the ashes in the 2005 summer and every Australian test series after that.

Shoaib got back to the Pakistan team in November.
