This may sound naive (spelling?) but does it really matter where the products are made as long as they are not made in sweatshops I do not mind if my pads and gloves are made in india however having said that I would prefer it if my bats were made in England only because of the assurance that it was english willow
The First Century I ever saw was Heschelle Gibbs' 228 against Pakistan

sorry but how am i supposed to know why the **** they would send there bats from a to b... im guessing your local fish and chip shop don't get fish from no where but they just **** it out and copy them?

anyway the dude that asked how much it was... i paid roughly 30 quid for it! ive had it since 1999, well i had three bats since then but i bought them all together and im just using the 2nd one now.

The Vamp has gone in for repair!

it doesnt matter where the bat is made!!

but it does matter that they over price the bats when they get back!

if the bat is made in the uk. by a hand craftsman, ou can justify £180.

if the so called big bat makers are, as it seems, importing their bats from a factory in india and are essentially the same as the ones you get over there for £30-50. they shouldnt be aloud to charge us £200+.

talking with a chap that works for crusader, they get their bats from these factories in india, this season they are of 'similar' design to the puma's, esentially the same bat, but they are costing £70-100(an acceptable price increase) how much are the puma's?(nearly double i would guess!)
