Who do you think will be very dangerous players (batsmen or bowlers) and will make an impact on the result of this WC.

I would say:

M Dhoni
K Pieterson
R Ponting
H Gibbs
J Kemp
A Symonds
S Afridi

I am not sure if too many bowlers will be able to make an impact!lol

Jeremy Snape.

Off-spinner and lower-order batsman for England, Northamptonshire, Gloucestershire and latterly Leicestershire.

Extremely successful in the Twenty20 format of the game.

There needs to be intense debate for this thread to have any real meaning.

it doesn't have to be intense, but threads just reeling off player names without explanation are totally pointless. I will give this one until the morning and if it hasn't improved it will be closed.

There was a bit of sarcasm in that last post.

Adam Gilchrist - No explaining needed here.

Andrew Symonds - Well, he can hit the ball very far and often has explosive innings

Jacob Oram - Latest VB series...

Afridi - 37 ball hundred wasn't it?
