Yup, The Ashes 2009 will be played at The Oval, Cardiff, Edgbaston, Headingley and Lords.
Durham weren't too happy to miss out, but they do get a Test against the Windies next year.
I guess giving more grounds international exposure is a good thing, as it enables less well-off counties a bit of extra revenue, and I suppose some people who might not be able to travel to some games can get to go along.
I'm surprised there's no place on the Test rota for the Rose Bowl, I thought they were supposed to be the next big thing. No doubt, they'll continue to host Twenty20s and ODIs, but I'm not sure that was their goal when they built the place.
