I have about 10 delivery in my armory and I can turn the ball loads. I bet warne in making can't do the flipper. You all will be seeing me at international level in 2008 or 2009.

How old are you and which team do you plan to play for?

What's your full name? I'll be watching out for you in the next few years.

i am 16 and will play for the windies. i might be the one that will make they turn back to the team they were in the 80's early 90's. I am a good batter as well but i am more a spinner naturally.

to inzy

how tall are you, how strong are you, how strong are your shoulders, how flexible are your wrists. These are some of the foundamentals. A shorter spinner will get more turn than a taller spinner. Look at warne to kaneria. muralitharan to banks.

Anyway, don't forget to spin it with your fingers. do like macgill, use all of your fingers to put a lot of spin on the ball and don't release from to high up in the air.

i am 5ft 9/10 and quite strong

recently though i have been worried that i keep bowling top spinners instead of leg spinners. i know what i have to change, and i have tried to correct my wrist position. it feels as though it's right but obviously isn't! quite annoying but hopefully hard work will pay off...got to get it fixed by march!

warnester- be careful by bending your knee...you can unintentionally loosen knee ligaments and cause damage to your ankles because of the added pressure and also you may 'collapse' and drop the ball short!

where in england you live and what is the name of your school. Try spinning your wrist so it end up at slips and not to the batsman. Do you bowl with the hard ball or tennis ball.

I am a fast bowler...but have worked a lot on spin. I can bowl off-spin and leg-spin but in terms of spinners, I am a slow left-arm chinaman wrist spinner. I can do the googly as well. Sometimes, I think...maybe I should be a spinner.

Sorry about posting 2 in a row.
Inzy, I too had (still have sometimes)that problem.
In my case I was letting the ball go to early and too high.
Try bowling with a slightly lower arm and wait a bit longer before you let the ball go.
You should also ask your coach(or friend for that mutter)to take a video of you from 4 directions.
And, as someone has already said, make sure that your palm is facing the batsman at alltimes.

When i bowl a leg break, I have my standard action. This is it.
5 steps and one to the side.(run up)
Front foot down, 1 foot from stumps on balls of feet.
Use the front foot to pivot around. This is vital, it helps turn with the body position and positioning.
My arm comes iver at 11 oclock

With ball work i cock my wrist slightly but not too tightly. Then i relese a leg break. I can hit 6 on the spot. If it gets him uder pressure, ill flight a toppie and get him going for runs
