Yuvraj Singh diagnosed with Cancer

It has been recently announced that Yuvraj is currently undergoing chemotherapy in the US for a tumour on his lung. The cancer has been found at a relatively early stage and has been deemed by his doctor as '100% curable'.

Yuvraj is one of the world's most exciting cricketers and was one of the key players who secured the World Cup last year for India. He's a fine , attacking batsman, an agile fieldsmen at his best and a left arm spinner of considerable talent.

In the slim chance that Yuvraj may come across this thread, I'd like to personally pass on my well wishes and I sincerely hope and pray that you are back playing cricket and back in 100% health.

Just thought I'd start this topic so that other forum members could post their favourite Yuvraj moments and also express their best wishes for the cricketer.

Simon O'Donnell, who now commentates for the Nine Network, had prostate cancer, got treatment and came back to play for Australia. I'd love to see Yuvraj do the same for India - and we can't forgot how well Lance Armstrong did after his fight with cancer.

Had no idea about this, I had just assumed he was injured, hope he makes a full recovery!
