Indian batsman Saurav Ganguly will miss Tuesday's second one-dayer against Australia due to a hamstring strain, the Indian cricket board said.

Ganguly, 34, pulled up while fielding in the rain-abandoned match in Bangalore on Saturday but a scan showed there was no serious injury, a board statement said on Sunday.

The left-handed batsman would undergo vigorous rehabilitation to be fit for the third match in Hyderabad on Friday, it said.
