Gladiators Prepare For Final Twenty20 Cup Showdown

Gloucestershire Gladiators are making the last minute preparations for their final group stage match in this year’s Twenty20 Cup match. The Gladiators can still qualify for the quarter finals of the Cup and can guarantee their place with a win against Glamorgan Dragons today.

The weather is looking good for a full and action packed Twenty20 Cup match today. The match is due to start at 5.30pm and weather forecasts show an afternoon of sunny intervals at the County Ground, Bristol so the ground staff are confident in staging the game.

Tickets have been selling well for this important match but you can still enjoy the excitement of Twenty20 cricket by purchasing a ticket on the gate from 3.30pm today. Tickets cost £15 for adults and £7 for Under16s and the Club are recommending you get to the Ground early to guarantee your ticket and to enjoy the extra entertainment available from 3.30pm.

Supporters are reminded that a traffic management scheme will be in place, meaning that all vehicles should enter the ground via the City of Bristol College entrance on Ashley Down Road. GCCC would also like to remind supporters that this year at our Twenty20 matches, for reasons of spectator safety and comfort, the importation of alcohol is completely banned.
