Hampshire Cricket and The Rose Bowl have launched a new affiliation scheme with local cricket clubs across the South. The Club Together scheme is the first of its kind in the South and is designed to help build relationships between local cricket clubs, improve communication between the local community and The Rose Bowl, and develop the game of cricket across the region.

Andrew Milnes, retail and marketing executive at The Rose Bowl, explains: “As the home of cricket in Hampshire, The Rose Bowl is keen to encourage local clubs across the county to become more involved with Hampshire Cricket and to make better use of the first class facilities we have to offer.

“We want to help develop clubs and players by offering them unique access to us as a professional sporting body, our players, our facilities and our associates. Club Together is a fantastic scheme that offers local cricket clubs and players the opportunity to draw upon the fantastic resources that The Rose Bowl can provide.”

As part of the Club Together scheme, local clubs will be offered access to information and advice to help improve all aspects of their club, such as helpful tips and guidance from professional grounds staff on how to maintain the pitch. Clubs will also be offered exclusive discounts and offers and will benefit from priority ticket booking for International fixtures and major matches.

Club Together entitles participating clubs to receive 50 percent cashback on the value of any tickets purchased for Friends Provident Trophy or NatWest Pro40 League matches at The Rose Bowl. The cashback scheme also entitles clubs to 20 percent cashback on any new Hampshire Cricket memberships taken out by its members.

Once signed up to the Club Together scheme local clubs are given 30 free tickets to the Friends Provident Trophy game between Hampshire Hawks and Worcestershire Royals on Sunday 19th April, two free Junior Hawks memberships for each junior team and the opportunity for a Hampshire player to appear at their club.

For only £35 a year, additional Club Together benefits include discounted use of The Rose Bowl facilities, including indoor school, discounted clothing and equipment and a signed Hampshire Cricket shirt.
