Hampstead recovered from their shock defeat to Twickenham last week to maintain their eight-point lead at the top of the 2013 Middlesex ECB Premier League.
There were no mistakes this week as the leaders pulled off a 60-run win over Richmond, defending 220 by dismissing Richmond for 160 in 50.4 overs.
Ealing took a two-wicket win over Hornsey to keep up the pressure but with just four games remaining, they may be running out of time.
The two at the top, on 99 and 91 points respectively, are well clear of the rest and at the bottom, Eastcote are all but relegated with just five points and the other team in the relegation zone at the moment are Winchmore Hill, with 46 points.
In Division Two, North Middlesex beat Shepherds Bush by six wickets to move to 92 points at the top, well ahead of Brondesbury (78) and Harrow (69).
Enfield beat Indian Gymkhana by 54 runs to pull clear at the top of Division Three. They now have 88 points and Kenton's defeat to Highgate leaves them 13 points adrift.
