Lancashire County Cricket Club is delighted to announce the arrival of two additional players to its prestigious Academy.
Tom Hardman and Louis Bentley join the existing 2010 intake to bring the total number of players to 12.
All-rounder Hardman, 19, (Clitheroe) returns to the Red Rose for his second year with the Academy having spent the winter in Melbourne, Australia.
20 year-old left-handed top order batsman Bentley (Oulton Park), who scored 171 on debut for Lancashire under 19s against Surrey last season, also enjoyed a successful spell Down Under.
ECB Lancashire Academy Director John Stanworth said: “We introduced the reassessment process to give the lads an opportunity to be rewarded for their hard work.
“Tom and Louis are really strong candidates and both had a successful winter in Australia where they improved their game.”
