It was a difficult day for all concerned in the North Lancashire and Cumbria Premier Division as only one match, Haverigg's 175-run victory over Lindal Moor, was played to completion.
No play was possible between Keswick and Carlisle and with the other four matches all rain-affected draws, there has been little change in the standings.
Furness (157) remain 17 points clear of Cleator (140) and Cockermouth (137) but Haverigg's lucky break in the weather, which was followed up by a strong performance as they bowled Lindal Moor out for 43 in reply to 218 for five, sees them in fourth place with 136 points.
In the First Division, there were wins for Vickerstown over Penrith and Seascale over Ulverston but otherwise rain got the better of the programme.
Seascale's win moved to 141 points and they are now just one point behind leaders Egremont, who have 142. Dalton are third on 135 with Cockermouth II on 133 in fourth.
In the Higson Cup quarter-finals, there were wins for Furness, Millom and Workington while the match between Penrith and Wigton was postponed due to the ground being unfit for play.
Furness will play the winners of the rearranged match in the semi-final while Workington host Millom.
