Hick Chasing Landmarks During Surrey Match

Graeme Hick stands on the brink of a number of milestones ahead of Worcestershire's LV County Championship match against Surrey, which starts tomorrow.

He needs 64 runs to pass 40,000 career first-class runs and 27 to pass the mark of 30,000 for Worcestershire.

Still missing Matt Mason and Roger Sillence, Worcestershire welcome back Stephen Moore and Nadeem Malik into the side in place of Moeen Ali and Ray Price who both featured in the eight-wicket victory over Warwickshire at the weekend.

Worcestershire: P Jaques, S Moore, V Solanki (capt), B Smith, G Hick, S Davies (w/k), G Batty, K Hogg, K Ali, D Bollinger, N Malik

Surrey (from): S Newman, J Batty, M Ramprakash, M Butcher, A Brown, R Clarke, S Walters, C Schofield, I Salisbury, A Mahmood, M Nicholson, N Saker, J Dernbach
