The International Cricket Council (ICC) has confirmed that six members of its international panel of umpires will join its list of 12 Elite Panel members to officiate at the 2011 World Cup.
Kumar Dharmasena, Richard Kettleborough, Nigel Llong, Bruce Oxenford, Amish Saheba, Shahvir Tarapore will join Billy Bowden, Aleem Dar, Steve Davis, Billy Doctrove, Marais Erasmus, Ian Gould, Daryl Harper, Tony Hill, Asad Rauf, Asoka de Silva, SImon Taufel and Rod Tucker for the event, which is to be held in Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka.
Enamul Hoque-Moni has been named as the reserve umpire and he will officiate warm-up matches ahead of the tournament getting underway in Dhaka on 19th February.
Chris Broad, Jeff Crowe, Ranjan Madugalle, Roshan Mahanama and Andy Pycroft will serve as match referees for the tournament.
