Kevin Pietersen scored an unbeaten half-century as England beat Scotland by six wickets in an ICC World Twenty20 warm-up match at Trent Bridge.
Pietersen was unbeaten on 53 as England closed on 141 for four with an over to spare having held Scotland to 136 for six.
Pietersen, who also stroked four fours, won the match with the second of two sixes as England put in a far from convincing performance with the bat.
Paul Collingwood picked up two wickets as England's bowling was sharp enough, Adil Rashid and Dimitri Mascarenhas the other men to pick up a wicket.
Colin Smith top scored for Scotland with an enterprising 45 in 32 balls while Kyle Coetzer made 34.
