India Women 150 (Raut 38, Broadmore 3-33) beat
New Zealand Women 118 (Bisht 3-15) by 32 runs
Quadrangular ODI Series 3rd/4th place play-off
Scorecard

India Women won a low-scoring Quadrangular One-Day International series game against New Zealand at Aston Rowant to clinch third place in the competition.

They were bowled out for 150 but ended the day strongly as they dismissed New Zealand for 118 as the White Ferns ended the tour with a fourth place finish - just as they did in the Twenty20 series.

Punam Raut (38), Veda Krishnamurthy (29) and Harmanpreet Kaur (21) were the chief run-scorers for India, who were bowled out in 46.3 overs as Kate Broadmore picked up three for 33 with Frances Mackay and Lucy Doolan both taking two wickets.

New Zealand's innings lasted just 40.3 overs as they were undone by hauls of three for 30 from Amita Sharma and three for 15 from Ekta Bisht.

Only Aimee Watkins, who made 32, showed much resistance against an impressive Indian performance in the field.

Captain Jhulan Goswami, who had taken six for 31 in the final group game between the two sides whci New Zealand won, removed openers Doolan and Mackay for 11 and four respectively to start the clatter of wickets that ended with her side victorious.
