
Opening batsman Mohammad Hafeez has been named as the captain of Pakistan's A squad which travels to Australia for two four-day games, three One Day games and a Twenty20 match against Australia A.
Hafeez, who has played 11 Test and 48 One Day Internationals leads a squad of 14 that includes a numbr of other players with international experience, namely wicket-keeper Sarfraz Ahmed, fast bowler Wahab Riaz, spinner Abdur Rehman and bowler Mohammad Talha.
Umar Akmal, the brother of wicket-keeper Kamran, also makes the trip, which begins on 22nd June.
