The Eppleton Development team picked up another win in the NEPL Sunday League Division 2 as they defeated Boldon by 112 runs.
Eppleton lost the toss and Boldon captain Alan Skea put Eppleton in to bat. Eppleton made a good start but after seven overs Braydn Davis was caught by James Groombridge for four.
Guy Dunn had already made 20. Adam McBeth was in at three, promoted following a great performance at Whitburn last week. He scored eight before being bowled by Robert William Staincliffe.
Jordan McGill came in next and batted well, making 20, with a brace of fours, before being caught by Oliver Sampson-Barne. Lee Davis came in at five and batted tremendously scoring 57 not out and was well supported by an innings of 32 from Stephen White.
Micheal Jefferson came in number seven and scored 10 before deciding to declare on 246 from 44 overs.
Jordan McGill opened the bowling for ECC and picked up three for 21.
Luke Hutchinson bowled extremely well, including three maidens to return one for 11 off seven overs.
Boldon's opener Staincliffe top scored for the Sunderland Road side with 48 but the starring performance came from Dunn who shone with the ball bagging five for 12 from seven overs.
