Kids Get In Free At Derbyshire Twenty20 Matches

Derbyshire Phantoms are throwing open their gates to children at the second of their two home Twenty20 Cup matches this weekend, against Leicestershire Foxes on Sunday 22nd June, 2.30pm start.

The Phantoms take on local rivals Nottinghamshire Outlaws on Friday night, 7pm start, for which entry is priced at £14 adults and £7 children on the day of the game: £11 and £6 if purchased in advance.

Then, on Sunday, all accompanied juniors will be permitted free entry (maximum two children per adult) as Derbyshire County Cricket Club encourages youngsters to pack out the County Ground and create a family atmosphere.

Those who have already purchased junior tickets can exchange them at the Club Shop for a ticket for another home game of their choice.

The two matches are crucial to Derbyshire’s chances of progressing in the competition after a pulsating last ball victory against the Outlaws at Trent Bridge on Sunday kept them in the running for a quarter-final place.

Tickets can be purchased in advance for both matches online at www.derbyshireccc.com, over the phone on 01332 388 101 or in person at the Club Shop in the Gateway Centre, Grandstand Road, at the County Ground.
