Video - World Record Cricket Net Attempt

Watch footage of the world record cricket net attempt in Sleaford where Dave Newman and Richard Wells are attempting to bat for 48 hours to raise money for charity.

This footage is from 4.5 to 8.5 hours into the event - we will be covering later periods live, including up to and hopefully including the record-breaking 26-hour mark.

The pair's goal is to raise £10,000 for Brain Tumour Research UK and they are already four hours into their challenge.

Matthew Hoggard got the net underway this morning (30th January) and will return to see if the pair can break the world record.
