Priority booking period opens for 2012 Warwickshire Members and those who purchased tickets for the 2011 Major Matches at Edgbaston. Tickets can only be bought through the postal application form that has been sent in the post at this stageand not online or via the Edgbaston Ticket Hotline.

Ticket FAQs

Can we buy tickets online or by telephoning the booking office?

Tickets can be bought at www.edgbaston.com and through our Edgbaston Ticket Hotline (0844 635 1902) when General Sale begins on Tuesday 8th November.

In order to reward Warwickshire Members and those who purchased Major Match tickets in 2011, tickets for Edgbaston's 2012 Major Matches at this time can only be purchased through the postal application form that we've sent out.

What payment options are available for the 2012 Major Matches?

In the priority booking period we accept cheques made payable to Warwickshire County Cricket Club, with the Membership number (if appropriate) written on the reverse.

We also accept card payment, excluding Amex, Diners and Electron cards.

These card options are also available for online and telephone applications once General Sale has begun on Tuesday 8th November. Cash payments can also be made from this date in person at the Edgbaston Ticket Office.

How can I get tickets for the 2012 Natwest Series One Day International between England and Australia?

We're rewarding customers who buy tickets for the England v West Indies Test Match with the first chance to secure tickets for the Natwest Series One Day International between England and Australia.

Any remaining tickets for the England v Australia fixture can be bought alone from Monday 5th December.

Will I be able to purchase tickets in advance for Day 5 of the Test Match between England and the West Indies?

Yes, we will put tickets on-sale for Day 5 closer to the date of the Test Match. However, all tickets for Day 5 will be non-refundable.

How will I know if my ticket application has been successful?

We intend to issue all tickets from the priority booking period in early December.

Customers buying tickets on General Sale - from Tuesday 8th November - will receive an online notification or confirmation once their transaction has been processed.

What ticket offers are available for the 2012 international fixtures at Edgbaston?

'Kids for a Quid' will be available again for the Test Match between England and the West Indies and the Natwest Series T20 International between England and South Africa.

We're also giving discounts to groups bookings to these two fixtures, with potential savings of up to £20 per person.

Members Major Match FAQs

How are Members allocated seats to the 2012 Major Matches?

Members have the option on the priority application form to sit in the Pavilion Lounge or within the new stand's West Upper, West Lower and South Lower sections.

Should the Pavilion Lounge be oversubscribed at the end of the priority booking period, a ballot will take place to allocate accordingly.

Can Members bring guests along to the Major Matches?

Yes, members may bring one guest along who may sit with them in the 'Members Only' sections of the Stadium, including the Members Lounge.

Can Grizzlies Members buy an adult ticket as their guest for the Major Matches?

Yes, each Member of the Grizzlies may purchase one adult ticket as their guest.

Can City Members buy tickets for a seat in the Pavilion Stand on Major Match days?

The new Pavilion Stand will be allocated to Pavilion Members only. City Members will have the option of choosing one of the other six stands within the stadium.

Major Match Day FAQs

What additional car parking will be in place for the 2012 Major Matches?

Those who buy tickets for either of the three 2012 Major Matches at Edgbaston are able to buy a car park pass which can be purchased through the postal booking form or online once General Sale has begun. These car parks are located just a short walk from the stadium.

The car park at Edgbaston will be allocated to disabled parking, which does need to be booked in advance with the Ticket Office, as there is limited availability.

Can I book into one of the Edgbaston restaurants for the Major Matches?

All restaurants for the 2012 Major Matches are being allocated to our hospitality partner, Keith Prowse.
