University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) have been crowned 2013 American College Cricket champions and have claimed the Shiv Chanderpaul Trophy.

They were captained to victory by Rikin Parikh and this year's Championship was dedicated to the memory of Colin Michael Jodah, who passed away earlier this year.

CHAMPIONSHIP MVP

As per the rules, as the Championship MVP is an Ambassador of American College Cricket, there are additional criteria considered together with the CricHQ MVP Points. Based on all considerations the 2013 Championship MVP was confirmed as Raghav Bharadwaj (UMBC)
 
The 2013 Finals MVP was Gurnish Singh (UMBC)
