Mathew Sinclair Added To New Zealand One-Day Squad

Batsman Mathew Sinclair has been added to the New Zealand one-day squad to face South Africa in one Twenty20 International and five one-day internationals as a replacement for the injured Craig Cumming.

“Sinclair deserves the selection based on his early season form,” New Zealand Cricket Selection manager, Sir Richard Hadlee said.

“It is not a time to experiment with new players and Sinclair will add experience to the squad,” he said.

Sinclair will leave for South Africa on Wednesday.
