The MCC World Cricket Committee will break new ground when it meets in New Zealand for the first time later this month in Auckland.

The two-day meeting will be held on 25th and 26th February and chaired by former England captain Mike Brearley, will be the first at which former West Indian captain Jimmy Adams will be in attendance.

Chief Executive of New Zealand Cricket, David White, will also attend.

They will hear presentations from Ian Taylor, the creator of Virtual Eye and Warren Brennan, the inventor of Hot Spot as they discuss the Decision Review System.

Also on their agenda is corruption in cricket, the context for international cricket, the laws of cricket and women's cricket.

The MCC World Cricket Committee is an independent voice in world cricket that meets twice yearly and comprises players, officials, administrators and journalists.
