New Zealand have replaced fast bowler Kyle Mills in their ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 squad with left-arm quick bowler Andy McKay.

Mills, who was fined heavily for an altercation in New Zealand's quarter-final win over South Africa, is to return home with a thigh injury.

He strained his right quadricep during the group game with Canada although he has stayed with the squad but McKay will now take his place and be available for the semi-final, and should they progress, the final.

McKay has played 13 One-Day Internationals, taking 19 wickets and is due to arrive in Sri Lanka on Sunday 27th March.
