The Netherlands team notched its first win by defeating Namibia in the last game of the six they played to show something in the points table.

2007 World Cup

The Dutch team was placed in Group A along side Australia, South Africa and Scotland .They outclassed Scotland by eight wickets as medium pacer William Stelling scalped the first three of the four Scotland wickets to end with match figures of 3 for 12 in eight overs. India have been fined for maintaining a slow over-rate during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 final against Sri Lanka, which they went on to win by six wickets in Mumbai. India were deemed to be one over short of their target when time allowances were taken into account during Sri Lanka's innings of 274 for six.
