New Balance, the global athletic footwear and apparel brand has announced the signing of Jonathan Trott, England’s Test cricketer, on a three year arrangement. 

Trott, one of the world’s leading batsmen joins New Balance’s group of elite athletes, including South African star cricketer Dale Steyn, currently ranked as the world’s No.1 Test bowler, and Pat Cummins, Australia’s youngest Test cricketer for 50 years, as New Balance commences to establish a brand position in cricket around the globe.

Jonathan Trott is in India ahead of the opening match in the India test series on November 14th in Ahmedabad, to be followed by the back-to-back Ashes Test series’ in 2013.
