New Zealand have named an unchanged squad ahead of the second Test against England, which gets underway in Wellington on Thursday (14th March).

Fast bowler Doug Bracewell has not recovered from the foot injury that ruled him out of the opening game, which ended in a draw in Dunedin.

Ian Butler retains his place in the squad after he was brought in as cover for Bracewell, who cut his foot while clearing up after a house party days before the opening game.

Head coach Mike Hesson said: "I was very pleased with both the bowling and batting efforts in Dunedin and we plan to build on that in Wellington."

New Zealand Test squad: Brendon McCullum (captain), Trent Boult, Dean Brownlie, Ian Butler, Peter Fulton, Tom Latham, Bruce Martin, Hamish Rutherford, Tim Southee, Ross Taylor, Neil Wagner, BJ Watling, Kane Williamson
