The first Women's One-Day International between England and the West Indies in Trinidad was abandoned after just 18 balls due to heavy rain.
Play was delayed for a long period before the match was reduced to 23 overs per side, but just three of those overs were bowled.
England had reached five without loss, with Charlotte Edwards on three and Lauren Winfield on two, when the players were taken from the field when the rain returned.
The second game in the three-match series is on Friday 1st November.
