England batsman Kevin Pietersen is seen being given some bowling advice from 18-year-old bowler Adarsh Hosahalli Shivalingaiah as his side prepared for their Cricket World Cup Group B clash with Ireland.
Pietersen, an occasional off-spinner, has scored 129 runs opening the batting during the tournament, which has seen England beat the Netherlands by six wickets and then play out a thrilling tie with India to take three points from two matches.
Ireland lost their opening match to Bangladesh by 27 runs and have yet to beat England in a One-Day International. Ed Joyce, who represented England at the 2007 World Cup, is set to feature for Ireland - the team he helped qualify for the 2007 event before opting to play for England in a bid to earn a Test cap.
His compatriot Eoin Morgan succeeded in making the same move, making his Test debut in 2010 and touring with the successful Ashes team but he misses the tournament due to a broken finger and was replaced in England's squad - having represented Ireland in 2007 - by Ravi Bopara.
