England wicket-keeper Matthew Prior has been handed a reprimand for breaching the International Cricket Council (ICC) Code of Conduct.
He accepted a Level One charge after a window was broken in the England dressing room on the final day of the second Testagainst Sri Lanka at Lord's.
Prior had been dismissed cheaply and the window was subsequently broken, causing a slight injury to a spectator, for which Prior and captain Andrew Strauss later apologised.
"Matt knows that his action was in breach of the code and he should be more careful in future," match referee Javagal Srinath said.
"That said, it was clear that the damage he caused was purely accidental and without malice. It’s also noted that he apologised to the ground authority for the incident."
The match was drawn and England head to The Rose Bowl for the final match in the series 1-0 ahead.
