A capacity crowd is expected for the final of the Champions League Twenty20 at The Wanderers Stadium at Johannesburg on Sunday, according to league organisers.
There is the possibility of an all-South African final with Highveld Lions taking on Delhi Daredevils in one semi-final and Nashua Titans meeting Sydney Suxers in the other.
"With only a few tickets left for public sales, all the action and entertainment that the Bullring vibe is renowned for will be in place for the final stand-off of the tournament," a CLT20 press release advised.
"It has been extraordinary to be part of the tournament and to have our home team do so well," Cassim Docrat, Chief Executive Officer of the Gauteng Cricket Board added.
"We are pulling out all the stops to ensure that the tournament ends on the highest note possible."
With the threat of rain still lingering around South Africa, the organisers have also confirmed reserve days will be used should either semi-final be washed out.
Centurion Park is poised for action on Saturday should such a need arise.
