England Women wicket-keeper batsman Sarah Taylor has been recalled in the training camp in United Arab Emirates for the first time since her decision to take indefinite break from the game.
The 27-year-old decided to take time away from the game in May last year in a bid to handle anxiety related problems but now returns in time for the team's preparation ahead of the all-important World Cup that kicks-off in June.
Taylor has played in eight Tests, 101 One-Day Internationals and 81 Twenty20 Internationals for England in which she has amassed 5581 runs combined including 31 fifties and five centuries.
England head coach Mark Robinson confirmed the news on Taylor and is hopeful of her getting into the groove early.
"Sarah Taylor is going really well at the moment and is back in training," Robinson told England's official website.
"Her return is a graduated one which is being regularly reviewed as she hopefully works herself back to full fitness.
"Her goal is still to give herself the best chance of being able to play in the World Cup (this summer)."
