Scotland 247-7 (Coetzer 98, Davey 48) beat
Namibia 266-8 (Williams 116) by 3 wickets (D/L)
Second one-day game, Windhoek

Kyle Coetzer fell two runs short of a century and Josh Davey two short of a half-century but Scotland still had enough in hand to beat Namibia by three wickets in the second and final one-day game in Windhoek.

Craig Williams had earlier stroked 116 and Sarel Burger 82 as the home side reached 266 for eight only to see Scotland reach a revised target and close on 247 for seven in reply.

Wiliams hit eight fours and five sixes in a fine innings while Burger hit just four boundaries in his knock, the pair putting on 191 for the third wicket as no other player could pass 14 runs.

Gordon Goudie starred with the ball by taking four for 55 as Gordon Drummond and Safyaan Sharif grabbed a wicket apiece - Goudie removing both Williams and Burger.

Scotland then lost Fraser Watts (1) and Calum Macleod (11) early but with Coetzer and Davey in good form, hit back - the pair sharing a stand worth 112 for the third wicket.

Two wickets apiece from Kola Burger, Louis van der Westhuizen and Gerrie Snyman brought Namibia back into the game, Snyman removing Coetzer and van der Westhuizen bowling Davey but a belligerent unbeaten 41 in 27 balls from Richie Berrington finally swung the game decisively Scotland's way.

Scotland also won the opening match - by 34 runs on the Duckworth/Lewis method - while the four-day Inter-Continental Cup match between the two sides was drawn.
